A Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of experience, Shalaka is the driving force behind the precision and “people-first” culture at FinOps. Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment, she founded the firm to bridge the gap between complex compliance and business agility. Today, she leads team development and process optimization, scaling FinOps from a local practice into a trusted international partner that helps businesses transition from financial chaos to structured, scalable operations.
Dipali Phadke

A Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of expertise, Dipali leads the India business and core operations at FinOps. She specializes in translating complex Indian regulations into scalable delivery models for global organizations. Beyond technical excellence, she is a dedicated mentor who believes in nurturing professional growth with the same patience and care she gives to her love for nature.
Rajeev Joshi

With 35 years of leadership across multinational giants like Kirloskar, KPIT, and Finolex, Rajeev is a veteran in corporate finance, treasury, and secretarial compliance. A multi-disciplinary expert with an MBA and PGDBM, he specializes in bridging the gap between complex statutory requirements and operational efficiency. Having worked across the steel, manufacturing, and software sectors, Rajeev brings over a decade of hands-on ERP expertise to the table.
